Fantastic location and comfy stay!

amazing breakfast friendly staff airport taxi

The breakfast was amazing. It featured fresh fruit and a wide variety of spanish specialties. I found the coffee prepared at the bar to be excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering to book a taxi to the airport. The team anticipated my needs.

The pillows were not great, i had trouble sleeping. The cleaners were quite loud in the morning. I noticed a trolley left outside my room all day, which didn't look good.

the hotel boast great location. i found super clean and well-kept room with nice scent. friendly staff also was so helpful. i liked the complimentary upgrade to a room with terrace, it was unexpected.

the ac didn't work perfectly even after i asked someone to fix it.

the location was prime for my meetings. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. the front desk staff were gracious and accommodating.

the room was small and quite noisy at times. i often heard noise from other rooms. the bathroom was also small making showering difficult without getting water everywhere.

FANTASTIC stay!

I REALLY enjoyed the location. It allowed easy access to key sites. The breakfast buffet included many choices (fresh fruit and Spanish pastries!). The staff arranged a taxi to the airport. They even loaded my suitcases into the car before i arrived.

The air conditioning unit was quite loud. This made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably during the night. IT could use an upgrade.

The room had comfortable beds with many pillows, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day. It also featured a spacious, modern bathroom with a large shower and high-quality amenities, which i found VERY convenient. The towels were fluffy and soft.

The staff were very cute. The hotel location is great. It is close to everything. The rooms are spacious and clean. A very good breakfast and a comfortable dining area and lobby exist.

the hotel has NO parking, so i had to pay a significant amount at the nearby underground lot, challenging to navigate.

central location metro access plentiful options

The location worked really well for exploring the city center. the metro was very close. the breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious. It included many choices even for vegetarians.
